How Synchronee City
came to be.
The idea for Synchronee City was written in a journal in June 2023, during a founder's post-achievement transition. Rowee Lucero had reached a milestone and found herself in the disorienting space that sometimes follows: what's next? She had spent years working across entrepreneurship, education, spiritual practice, and cultural immersion. She had personally felt the absence of a trusted, organized platform for holistic wellness ~ not the lack of individual practitioners, but the lack of a front door.
November 11, 2024, she decided to push through, and found the people who would help her ground it. Ray Ann S. Bucu joined as Chief of Community and Research, bringing the rigor of community architecture and research to what had been a founder's intuition. Ferdinand Alcos joined as Chief of Digital Transformation, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, providing the technical infrastructure and trust frameworks the platform demands.
Before the platform was ready, before revenue was obvious, a founding circle of Guides, wellness practitioners, community builders, and aligned brands showed up. They came with their modalities, their communities, their offerings, and in some cases, with gifts and tokens of support as the company found its footing. That trust became the foundation the platform now stands on.
